General Contracting/Construction ManagementThis service provided for our clients enables them to have fixed costs to complete a project from start to finish. Understanding your needs for office space, production, storage and parking will help our staff work along with a design team to come up with a cost effective way to value engineer your project from the start. Once the scope of work is complete and the project is on the drawings board we will pull our core group of subcontractors together to provide a real time cost to complete the project. This will enable you as the client to compare your budget for the project and move forward or revise your project to conform to your resources. Upon approval of your final drawings Midway III Construction, Inc. can provide you with a fixed cost to complete your project within budget and on-time.
Construction ManagementConstruction Management is a service provided to our clients who rely on Midway III Construction, Inc.'s expertise to organize and direct a core group of subcontractors selected by the client and Midway III to construct a project. Midway III Construction, Inc. will provide on-site supervision of the project, and will provide administrative tools necessary to facilitate payouts with the lending institution and/or title company. The funding and approval of payouts of such projects is the responsibility of the client. The Construction Management division of Midway III Construction, Inc. allows the client to be involved in all facets of the project's phases for the duration of the project The Client and Midway III Construction, Inc. will come to an agreed upon fixed fee for this service, thereby allowing the client to control overhead, and at the same time still allow the client to focus on their core business platform.
